This fully automated process involves submerging parts in a water-based epoxy resin bath and applying a DC voltage (typically 200–400 V) to deposit a uniform, high-adhesion coating even in recessed or complex Ģeometrijas .
Film thickness is precisely controlled (typically 15–35 µm), ensuring consistent coverage without affecting dimensional tolerances. After deposition, parts are oven-cured at 170–200℃to achieve optimal hardness, chemical resistance, and salt spray performance exceeding 1000 hours per ISO 9227.
